Shaping the Future of Rail Engineering National Occupational Standards

Follow-Up Survey: Shaping the Future of Rail Engineering National Occupational Standards
Starting: 29/01/2024 12:00
Ending: 11/02/2024 12:00

• Purpose: The review is aimed at ensuring the ongoing suitability and excellence of the NOS across various rail engineering domains, including Permanent Way, Overhead Lines, Traction & Rolling Stock, Telecoms, Electrification & Plant, and Signalling. We are looking to bring industry leaders, experts, and practitioners from across the industry to take part and ensure the continued relevance of the standards. This survey aims to build on the feedback received thus far, reflect on the validity of common criteria across the Rail Engineering NOS Suites, and verify that some of the examples used remain up to date.
• Duration: Approximately 5 to 10 minutes each to complete each pathway.
• Your Contribution: Please work through the survey answering any questions relevant to your experience. None of the criteria-specific questions are mandatory and we’d encourage you to focus on the sections that are directly relevant to your area of work. If your background isn’t in Overhead Lines, for example, you can choose to skip that section.
