Overview
This standard is concerned with designing and documenting cloud services infrastructure provisioning. This includes defining technology and applications across a wide range of cloud platforms and business environments for private, public and hybrid cloud infrastructure. It incorporates developing and maintaining design and operational documentation in line with the organisational cloud architecture models, and supports the assessment of customer requirements for new cloud service capabilities.
Performance criteria
You must be able to:
- Design cloud platforms and services in line with organisational requirements
- Develop and maintain cloud services design documentation in line with organisational procedures
- Review customer requirements to inform the design of new or updated cloud services provisioning.
- Develop acceptance criteria for cloud services system acceptance

- The need to design end to end cloud systems that provide complete services
