Performance criteria
You must be able to:
- Carry out an initial assessment to identify the support needed by colleagues to use lean tools and techniques in project management
- Work with colleagues to identify what support and guidance they need throughout the process
- Check that colleagues understand what they have to do to embed lean techniques into project management and why it is important
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate
- Work with colleagues to share experiences on using lean tools and techniques in project management across sites or work areas
- Agree a plan for monitoring progress with colleagues
- Work with individuals to evaluate their skills and performance in project management
- Provide feedback to colleagues at an appropriate time and place
