This standard is about planning the flow of supplies through the supply chain. It covers reviewing the current supply flow, resolving any problems and reviewing the benefits and risks. It also involves selecting and planning methods of improving the flow of supplies, and gaining commitment to the plan from stakeholders and colleagues.

Performance criteria
You must be able to:

- establish methods to improve the flow of supplies through the supply chain

- obtain the commitment of stakeholders and colleagues to implement the plan
