Performance criteria
You must be able to:
- comply with relevant health and safety legislation and requirements at all times
- follow methods of work and safe systems of work at all times in accordance with standard operating procedures
- wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times following standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- wear appropriate respiratory protective equipment at all times following standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- maintain personal protective equipment, respiratory protective equipment and hearing protection following standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- carry out work in ways which reduce Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) following standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- use noise control devices following standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- report any problems with personal protection and control measures following standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
- report any near misses, incidents or accidents following standard operating procedures and safe systems of work
