Overview

This standard is about collecting and maintaining travel and tourism related information and data within your organisation. This information will be used for a variety of purposes e.g. marketing, to evaluate your organisation's performance, update your organisation's information systems and to assist various external agencies with their own research. This involves using a variety of methods of data and information collection.

The standard is for staff who provide travel and tourism information and data within their organisation.

When you have completed this standard, you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of and ability to:

Performance criteria

You must be able to:
