You must be able to:

1. Identify, interpret and confirm your understanding of the aviation issues in line with organisational procedures 2. Identify and explore the potential actions for resolving the aviation issues in line with organisational procedures 3. Communicate with those involved as required to discuss the potential actions for resolving the issues in line with organisational requirements 4. Decide on the action to take to resolve aviation issues in line with organisational procedures, relevant legal requirements and within your limits of authority 5. Seek support from your manager to find alternative solutions/actions for the resolution of aviation issues outside the limits of your authority 6.
