Performance criteria

You must be able to:

  1. check that display areas are clean and in the correct condition for greengrocery products to be displayed according to your workplace requirements

  6. follow the relevant legislation and your workplace procedures for removing, recycling or disposing of items that have little or no shelf life or that have deteriorated in quality
  7. follow your workplace procedures to rotate greengrocery products correctly according to their shelf life
  8. check that ticketing and coding is accurate and correct according to your workplace requirements
  9. follow your workplace procedures to check the condition and cleanliness of displays regularly and correct them if needed
