This standard specifies the skills, knowledge and understanding required to demonstrate competence in the operation of mobile plant such as a dumptruck or concrete pump that is designed to receive and transport bulk material loads within the extractives and related mineral products related sector. Who is this standard for? This standard is applicable to any person operating plant to receive and transport bulk loads."
