Performance criteria

You must be able to:

P2. disseminate relevant safety, health, and environmental information to the workforce using approved channels of communication
P3. provide information about current best practice to increase learning opportunities
P4. manage the monitoring and review process of the company’s

P5. assess the competence requirements of the team
P6. evaluate training needs of individuals
P7. gather feedback from individuals on the impact and relevance of the training
P8. provide feedback from your evaluation process to stakeholders
within agreed timescales
P9. develop training plans to address the knowledge, skills and
competence requirements of individuals and the team
P10. implement training plans
P11. promote Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities to the team
P12. evaluate the effectiveness of any training
P13. conduct individual performance appraisals and provide
constructive feedback
P14. develop and maintain your own knowledge, skills, and practice
P15. maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
