- How to obtain and document the information required to assess departmental or project energy efficiency from the monitoring methods and processes
- How to obtain energy performance information from suppliers of products and processes supplied to the department or project
- The range of suppliers and the information they can provide on the energy efficiency of their products and processes
- How to collate and document information on energy performance and efficiency
- The principles and processes of effective communication and how to apply them
- The range of evaluation and analysis methods and how to develop and apply relevant system(s)
