Performance criteria
You must be able to:
- determine the objectives of the assessment process

- greet the jobseekers and establish rapport with them
- conduct relevant checks prior the assessment

- listen to the jobseekers’ responses and record information acquired during the assessment
- encourage the jobseekers to ask any questions

- record conclusions from the assessment to support the decision-making
- communicate feedback and follow-up actions to the jobseekers
