  10. clarify your requirements to hirers
  11. discuss and agree a timetable for action with the hirers
  12. collect and maintain detailed information about hirers’ needs
  13. make sure all data collected is compliant with organisational procedures, current legislation
  14. keep track of all relevant information and maintain security of records
  15. develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with hirers
  16. monitor and review recruitment processes with hirers
