This standard is about the knowledge needed to maintain workplace food safety in animal feed production.   7. the impact that pest infestation can have on the safety of food
  8. how pest infestation can be avoided
  9. the action to take if a pest infestation is identified
  10. the types of product contamination and cross-contamination
  11. how cross contamination can occur
  12. how the risk cross contamination can be prevented or at least minimised
