Overview
This standard is about the skills and knowledge needed for you to evaluate and quantify current food and drink business performance. Gathering information relating specifically to the performance of a food and drink business is important in aiding the development of business strategy and plans. It is important in determining the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation and is a starting point for the implementation of improvement plans.
