You must be able to:
P1 work safely at all times, complying with health and safety and other relevant regulations and guidelines
P2 set access controls to meet agreed and approved system procedures
P3 make sure that system records are accurate, up-to-date and complete and are stored correctly
P4 communicate system requirements and the responsibilities of individuals to the appropriate people
P5 review system operations regularly and forward suggestions for improvement to the appropriate people
