Monitor performance, quality and safety
Overview
This standard is about monitoring performance, quality and safety to support reliable, lawful and effective operations. You determine the information you need, gather and analyse evidence and use this to evaluate operational performance, quality of work, safety conditions and changes in the working environment. You communicate clearly, promote inclusion and shared understanding and support
colleagues to meet expected standards. You maintain accurate records, escalate concerns when required and adapt monitoring activities as conditions change.
