This standard is about managing the expectations and understanding of and with people involved once the arts programme is designed or in design, There are many expectations to manage as everyone may have a different perspective about what the work is and what it is for.

P2 Communicate in an inclusive and effective manner to set up and manage expectations of individuals, groups and stakeholders
